    Grab LidPulse.dmg and double-click to open it.

  2. Drag to Applications

    Drop the LidPulse icon into the Applications folder.

  3. Approve in Privacy & Security

    First launch: macOS will ask. Click “Open Anyway” in Settings.

  4. Pin as a login item

    So it’s always there the moment your lid lifts.
