If you are not satisfied with LidPulse for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address used for your purchase. We will process your refund promptly.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated.

EU / EEA Statutory Rights

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase. These statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
